MV Agusta F4 CC

Motorcycles have had mass appeal to the general public for roughly a century and a half. An American named Sylvester Howard Roper designed one of the first motorcycles in the 1860s. The motorcycle was displayed at fairs and circuses around the eastern U.S.. Europeans also had their hand in popularizing motorcycles and during the World Wars, motorcycles functioned as a quick means of transportation. As the motorcycle progressed, the engines and frames became bigger, sleeker, faster and more powerful, resulting in the high-tech and expensive motorcycles of today. If you can afford one, a custom motorcycle built to your exact specifications is within reach.
The fourth most expensive motorcycle we found is the new MV Agusta F4 CC created by Claudio Castiglioni, the motorcycle company's director. He wanted to create a spectacular motorcycle that met strategic marketing needs while also being something truly special and unique. The expensive motorcycle bearing his very own initials "CC" has a top speed of 315 kph (195 mph), 1078 cc's and a 198 hp engine. Each bike will boast a platinum plate located near the top of the steering column showing the model number from 1 to 100, making this motorcycle all the more special to its owners.

Most Expensive Bike

The most expensive motorcycle in production. The production is limited to a few hundred models, so you better place your order. The Dodge Tomahawk V10 superbike boasts 8.3 liter engine (505 cubic inch), and the 10 cylinders can bring the bike to a maximum speed of almost 400 mph. The 1500lb bike has an independent 4 wheel suspension and can reach 60 mph in around 2.5 seconds.

The Macchia Nera Concept Bike is near the top of the list of most expensive motorcycle. Built around a Ducati 998RS engine, its Italian designers and engineers set out to create an extremely high tech and expensive motorcycle that would be thought of as "the ultimate track bike" that is "simply beautiful and beautifully simple". The Testastretta engine is fitted with lightweight metals and alloys like titanium and aluminum making it very lightweight. The view from the side of the Macchia Nera shows exposed belts and engine components, giving its design a minimalist feel while still being aesthetically pleasing. We should add that this bike is a one of a kind and not in produced for retail at this point, an extra 150,000 laying around for an expensive toy, your dream might come true

Terminator 4 Bike

Everyone knows that in all of the Terminator movies, bikes are practically automatic if you associate the means of transportation that the Terminator would ride on. And for the latest Terminator move, it looks like that tradition will continue for the new big bikes but with a twist.
This time around, most of the motorcycles will not be used as transportation but rather, as remote-controlled motorcycles to destroy humans. Now that is an interesting twist!

Eco Bikes: Pannon Rider – Solar-powered bike saves you from harsh weather

The bike is powered by a hybrid electric/manual drive system. During sunny days the bike depends on solar panels mounted atop the canopy that not only generate electricity for the motors, but also protect you from UV rays and rain. The solar panels directly feed the in-wheel motors when the bike is in use, and when it’s idle the generated energy is used to recharge a battery for days when the sun isn’t shining.
Running on batteries alone, the bike is expected to reach a top speed of 23 mph and a maximum operating range of about 16 miles. During sunny days there is no upper limit to the operating range. And for times when the batteries are out of juice and the sun isn’t shining, you can always trust your muscles to take you back home.

Daytona

The Daytona Beach Bike Week rally started as the Daytona 200 on January 24, 1937. This first race in Daytona was a 3.2 miles (5.1 km) beach and pavement course, and won by Ed "Ironman" Kretz from Monterey Park, California, riding an Indian motorcycle with an average speed of 73.34 mph (118.03 km/h).
This yearly race took a break from 1942 to 1947 due to World War II. During the years off, an unofficial event was still taking place commonly called Bike Week.
In 1947 the official race resumed and gained in popularity. The event was then promoted by the late William France Sr., co-founder of NASCAR

Four Wheel Bike

They unveiled their latest project here, the F80 Shredder (pictured on the right.) The Shredder is a four-wheeled hot rod that cloaks a 425 horsepower small block Chevy V8 crate motor underneath a custom painted aluminum body. A Turbo 350 automatic transmission directs power towards a Winters "Quick Change" rear end, and Bourget told me he has personally taken the Shredder to speeds in excess of 160 mph.
